Aaron has been with Bloodstock Media from 2014. Aaron has lived in Newmarket, England and has an extraordinary ability to take a client’s designs and make a unique, bespoke graphic. He holds a degree in (bDes) Visual Communications. Aaron is a designer working on a variety of projects from editorial and print to branding and digital. A creative and enthusiastic individual with hunger to learn and acquire new skills, in order to develop both professionally and personally. He has worked in the horse racing industry for over 8 years and has created exciting brands and products for many clients.
Charmein has been with Bloodstock Media since May 2022. Prior to her joining, she was the Executive Officer for Thoroughbred Breeders Victoria, where she led and executed marketing campaigns, including TVC’s, through to brand campaigns, worked on strategic initiatives for the industry and worked on multi-milliondollar projects for the industry. Prior to this she worked for Racing Victoriaas the Customer Manager and her career spans across large multi-nationals. A breeder and owner herself, coupled with her experience and in-depth knowledge of the industry and in particular of thoroughbred marketing and strategy, Charmein is able to understand your needs in a comprehensive manner to ensure that you get the most out of every campaign. Charmein’s passion other than horses is seeing a happy client with their idea coming to life. Charmein holds an MBA and is a GAICD
Edward Wright is a highly skilled digital designer with a passion for creating compelling visual experiences. With several years of experience in the industry, Edward has developed a strong understanding of design principles and techniques, as well as an ability to think creatively and solve problems. Edward's portfolio showcases his expertise in a range of design disciplines, including web design, user interface design, and branding. He is adept at using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch, and is always eager to learn about new tools and techniques to improve his work. In addition to his design skills, Edward has excellent communication and collaboration abilities, enabling him to work effectively with clients and team members. He takes pride in his attention to detail, his ability to meet deadlines, and his dedication to producing work that exceeds expectations. Edward holds a degree in graphic design and is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new art and design exhibitions, practicing photography, and experimenting with new design tools and techniques.
Justin started with Bloodstock Media in 2023. Prior to joining, Justin worked across multiple angles of both the breeding and racing industry, specialising in media, particularly social media. With experience behind him from some of racing’s most established organisations including Racing.com, Melbourne Racing Club, Thoroughbred Breeders Victoria and Bets.com.au, Justin brings a fresh set of eyes to the Bloodstock Media branding. At Thoroughbred Breeders Victoria, Justin was part of an international marketing campaign which was launched to the screens of Racing.com and to the likes of Racing Post and TDN Europe. Called ‘Victoria, Thoroughbred Country’, Justin planned the 10-week campaign which covered the Royal Ascot Carnival and the weeks leading into the breeding season, with the aim of putting the breeding state of Victoria on an international map and to highlight the success of Victorian stallions across the racing season. A racehorse owner and a fan of the sport since the age of six, Justin has a natural eye for the horse and has now added the technique of thoroughbred filming to his repertoire. Justin is an excited and passionate, young industry participant who will look to give your brand the best digital face possible.
